SIP Desk Phones
A telephone designed to work with SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) technology to make and receive calls. This is available for all payment plans.
Webphone
Making and receiving phone calls directly from the web browser using a dial panel. This is available for all payment plans.

Technologies that PBX.IM uses to manage incoming calls.
*ACD stands for Automatic Call Distribution.
Chrome/Edge extension
Is an extension PBX.IM offers so you can manage calls anywhere in the browser. This is available for all the plans, except the Free one.
MP3 Call Recordings Storage
Each plan has a defined amount of time to storage MP3 Call Recordings. The MP3 Call Recordings will be deleted according to GDPR and our policy. You can download them if you want from CDR.
AI Analytics
This functionality include automatic call transcripts and keyword research. This is not available for the free plan and Essential.
Auto Dialer
This is a module that allows you to upload a list of leads and connect them with an agent. You can also set ✅Dial Rules. There are 3 types of Auto Dialer:
Predictive Dialer: Dials multiple numbers simultaneously, predicting when an agent will be available and only connecting calls that are answered, minimizing idle time for agents.
Progressive Dialer: Dials one number at a time only when an agent is available, ensuring that each call is immediately connected to an agent, reducing dropped calls but with slightly less efficiency.
Preview Dialer: Allows the agent to view information about the next contact before dialing, giving them time to prepare, and then the system dials the number when the agent is ready.
CRM Integration
Integrate your CRM with PBX.IM. Currently this can be done on request basis.

Each payment has different support channels available. The options available are email, chat or phone.

Current Users – The number of active users on the account.
Available User Seats – The number of remaining user seats available under your current plan.
Plan Max Users – The maximum number of users allowed in your current plan.

How to change your payment plan

To access your current PBX.IM payment plan go to ''My Company'' and click on the ''Plan'' tab.When you will open your ''Plan'' page you will be able to see:

This is the name of the plan you have currently activated.
Current users
You will be able to see the number of current users. You will pay only for users that have their status set as Active. Check ✅Accounts & Users for more details.
Price/User
You can also see the price per user.
Invoice details
Under invoice details, you can see:
The billing period for the current payment plan
The next invoice date
The total amount due for payment

Before being able to make any payment changes make sure you have a valid credit card added to your account. You can add it under the ''Billing'' settings (go to My Company - Billing (third tab)).
Once you click on ''Upgrade'', you will see a list of all available plans, as well as the current plan.

How to cancel your payment plan

If you want to cancel the current payment plan you have to click on ''Cancel Plan''. A pop up will appear prompting a question.

Attention! When cancelling, the plan goes back to a free plan. You can only have up to 5 users in the free plan; hence, you need to deactivate any additional users you may have. Check more hereAccounts & Users
Seat management
What are seats in PBX?
Seats are licenses required for each team member in the account’s subscription. Each member needs a paid seat, which grants them access to the PBX system based on the role that was selected for them.
What seats do I have available in the payment plans?
In the free plan, you get 5 free seats to allocate to your team members. If you need more seats, you will need to upgrade to other plans.
In the paid subscriptions, you can purchase seats ahead of time through the “Manage Seats” option in the My Company > Plan page.

Alternatively, you can purchase a seat when adding a new user to your team in the case that you don’t have available seats in your account.

Which type of users will receive seats?
Draft users don’t take up seats. Active and invited users do.
When inviting a user, they have 72 hours to activate their account. After that, their invitation expires. You can re-invite them by resending their invitation.
You can delete Draft and Invited users. Once a user is active, it can be deactivated, but can no longer be deactivated.

What happens if I don't need seats anymore?
The “Manage Seats” option also allows you to remove seats if necessary. In case you no longer require one of your seats and you don’t want to pay for it, you can go through the “Manage Seats” option to remove the seat from your account. You will stop paying for that seat from the next billing cycle.
When deactivating a user, their seats doesn’t get removed automatically. You need to remove the seat, or alternatively you can assign it to another team member.
