Dashboard - Agent View


As an agent, access the  PBX.IM  Dashboard by going to  https://app.pbx.im/login  and entering the credentials you created when you received the invitation from your manager.

All the reports will be available on the Dashboard, where you can view various insights about your activity, returning customers, client support queue, and queue call stats.
